Pricing

One price per organization, not per user

However many people sign in, the price stays the same; only your number of active technicians sets the plan.

First 2 months free, no card needed

Plans

Billing interval

Prices are in US dollars; VAT or sales tax for your country is added at checkout. Every plan has every feature; plans differ only in the number of technicians.

When the trial ends

No surprise charges, no lost data

  1. Days 1–60

    Free trial

Everything is open, there is no technician limit and no card is asked for. Admins see in the web app how many days are left.

  2. The next 7 days

    Grace period

Without a plan everything keeps working; the web app and the apps remind you to pick one.

  3. After the grace period

    Limited mode

Your data is not deleted. Every record stays readable and exportable, open work can be completed and QR reports keep coming in. New work orders, requests, assets, locations, employees, invitations, maintenance plans and imports need a plan. The moment you pick one, everything carries on where it left off.

How to pay

By card on the web

Pick a plan under Settings → Subscription and pay on Polar's checkout page. Polar takes the payment as the merchant of record, calculates tax and sends the receipt. You change or cancel the plan in Polar's customer portal.

In the iPhone or Android app

Pay in the app with an App Store or Google Play subscription, managed in the phone's subscription settings. Only one subscription is active at a time, and it covers the whole organization.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a card to try it?

No. You create an account and set up your organization; the first 2 months are free and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends. If you want to continue, you pick a plan and pay.

Is pricing per user?

No, it is per organization. The only thing that sets the plan is the number of active people on the Employees list (the technician limit). Admin and office accounts without an employee record, and people reporting faults by QR, do not count.

What happens when I reach the technician limit?

Existing work is not affected; only new employees cannot be added. You can move to a larger plan or deactivate an employee who no longer works for you.

How do I pay?

Pay by card in the web app under Settings → Subscription. Web payments are taken by Polar as the merchant of record: Polar calculates tax and e-mails the receipt and invoice; your card details never reach Saha. You can also pay in the iPhone and Android apps with an App Store or Google Play subscription.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, at any time. A subscription bought on the web is changed or cancelled in Polar's customer portal, opened from Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription; App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed in the phone's subscription settings. A cancelled plan runs until the end of its period.

What is the difference with yearly billing?

Paying yearly costs less than paying monthly: Starter is $290 a year (17% less), Team $790 a year (17% less), Business $999 a year (58% less).

Who owns the subscription?

The organization. Whoever pays, the plan covers the whole organization; if the admin changes, the subscription stays with the organization.

Why are in-app prices different?

The App Store and Google Play use their own price points: $29.99, $79.99, $199.99 a month. On the web, the prices on this page apply.
