Terms of use
Updated:
These terms cover your use of the Saha web app, the public QR pages, the iPhone and Android technician apps and the saha.sayfa.app website. By using Saha you accept them.
The service
Saha is a maintenance and field-service platform that keeps locations, assets, service requests, work orders, technicians, checklists, part requests, photos and service history together. Saha is not an accounting, inventory, sales or e-invoicing system. We may change the service from time to time to improve it.
Your account and your organization
- You create your account with your e-mail address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- Whoever creates an organization becomes its administrator. Administrators decide who joins, in which role, and who can see what.
- You can delete your account at any time as described on the account deletion page.
Organization data
- The records your organization enters into Saha belong to your organization. You only give us permission to store, process and back them up to provide the service.
- With the permission to do so, you can download work orders, assets, part usage and logs as CSV under Reports → Export.
- Your organization is the data controller for the data of people such as employees, location contacts and fault reporters. Handling that data lawfully under Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and informing those people is your organization’s responsibility. Saha processes it on your organization’s behalf; see the privacy policy.
- Checklists, industry templates and reminders are there to help; meeting your legal maintenance, inspection and record-keeping obligations is your responsibility.
Unacceptable use
You may not use Saha for unlawful purposes, in ways that infringe other people’s rights, to try to reach another organization’s data, in ways that overload our servers, or to try to get around their security. The public QR form is for genuine fault reports only. We may suspend accounts that seriously breach these terms.
Fees and payment
-
Free trial. Every new organization uses Saha free for the first 2 months (60 days). No card is asked for, and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends. Organizations created before paid plans started get their trial from the day paid plans started.
-
Plans. When the trial ends, the organization picks a plan. Pricing is per organization, not per user; plans differ only in the number of active employees (technicians):
Plan Technicians Monthly Yearly Starter up to 5 $29 $290 Team up to 20 $79 $790 Business unlimited $199 $999 Current prices are on the pricing page. VAT or sales tax for your country is added at checkout. We announce price changes in advance; the price of a period already paid for does not change.
-
Paying on the web. Subscriptions bought on the web are sold by Polar Software Inc. (Polar) as the merchant of record: Polar takes the payment, calculates and remits the tax, and sends the receipt and invoice. The purchase is also subject to Polar’s terms for buyers. You change or cancel the subscription in Polar’s customer portal, opened from Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription in the web app.
-
Paying in the apps. Subscriptions bought in the iPhone and Android apps are sold by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own terms, at their own price points. They are managed and cancelled in the phone’s subscription settings, and refund requests go to the store.
-
The subscription belongs to the organization. Whoever pays, the plan covers the whole organization. Only one subscription (web or store) can be active at a time.
-
Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew for the same period at the end of each period until cancelled. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
-
Grace and limited mode. When the trial or a paid period ends without a plan, the organization gets 7 days of grace. After that it becomes limited: every record stays readable and exportable, open work can be completed and QR reports keep coming in, but new work orders, requests, assets, locations, employees, invitations, maintenance plans and imports need a plan. Becoming limited never deletes data.
Liability
We build Saha with care, but we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profits. Your rights under consumer law are not affected.
Ending
You can stop using Saha and delete your account whenever you like. If we shut the service down completely, we will announce it in advance and give you time to export your records.
Changes
When we change these terms we update the date on this page. We also announce important changes in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
